Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services from Everyday Edge AI (“EEAI,” “we,” “us”), a brand operated by Complete Staffing Solutions, Inc. (“CSS”), a Rhode Island corporation. By creating an account, completing checkout, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
EEAI provides AI-assisted website creation and ongoing digital marketing management for small businesses, including AI-built custom websites, blog content, social media content (Edge tier only), email-based SEO reports, review monitoring (Coming Q3 2026, Edge tier only), and related services. Exact deliverables depend on the tier you purchase.
We will generate your initial website within 5 business days of intake submission. You'll receive 2 design variants by end of day 5 and choose your favorite.
2. Plans and Pricing
We currently offer three plans, billed in US dollars:
- Launch — $497 one-time. An AI-built website deployed on your domain, DNS configuration, a monthly SEO email, and portal access for billing and upgrade previews. No recurring charges, no ongoing edits.
- Manage — $97/month. Everything in Launch (no separate setup fee) plus Request-a-change natural-language site edits, brand kit, in-portal SEO audit, weekly auto-published blog post, lead tracking and inbox, reviews, locations, analytics, reports, media library, and a searchable Q&A help center (AI chatbot coming soon).
- Edge — $297/month. Everything in Manage plus 12–30 AI-generated social posts per month, connected social accounts, review monitoring with AI-drafted replies (Coming Q3 2026), and a named account manager assigned to your account.
Tier features and pricing in effect at the time of your purchase apply to your account. We may add, remove, or change features going forward. If a change reduces what your tier delivers in a way that materially affects you, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel without penalty.
3. Payment, Taxes, and Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and added at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your billing address. Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date you signed up.
If a payment fails, we will retry using Stripe's default schedule and notify you. If we cannot collect after a reasonable retry period, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Manage and Edge subscriptions: month-to-month, no contracts, no early-termination fees. To cancel, give us at least 30 days notice via the portal or by email. Service continues through the end of the notice period, after which billing stops. We do not refund partial-month charges.
Launch (one-time): nonrefundable once we have started the build. If you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund. Work has “started” when our team begins designing or coding your site — usually within one business day of payment.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at gdoura@completestaffingsolutions.com within 30 days and we'll work it out.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EEAI only for legitimate business purposes for a business you own or are authorized to represent. You will not use our service to:
- Promote illegal goods, services, or activities;
- Publish content that is harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
- Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights;
- Misrepresent the identity, services, or qualifications of the business being marketed;
- Violate health, financial, or other industry-specific advertising regulations applicable to your business (for example HIPAA, FTC endorsement rules, or state bar advertising rules);
- Send unsolicited bulk email or SMS, or otherwise violate anti-spam laws.
We may decline to publish or maintain content we reasonably determine violates these rules and may terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.
6. Your Content and Our Content
You own your content
Anything you upload to the portal — logos, photos, descriptions, brand assets — remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of delivering the service to you (for example, putting your logo on the website we build for you, drafting social posts about your business).
You own the deliverables we produce
The website, social posts, blog content, and other deliverables we create for your business are yours upon delivery. We do not claim copyright over the output. If you cancel, you keep what was already published; you can take your domain and content with you.
Our platform stays ours
EEAI's software, portal, brand, and templates remain our property. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in our underlying tools or technology beyond using the service.
7. AI-Generated Content
We use Anthropic's Claude and similar AI models to draft content. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate, off-brand, or generic — that's why every piece of content we publish on your behalf is reviewed by a human on our team before it goes live, and you have approval authority over scheduled content via the portal. You agree to review the deliverables we send for your approval. If you spot a problem after publication, tell us and we'll fix or remove it.
8. Service Availability
We work to keep our portal and your website online, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime SLA at these tier prices. Outages, planned maintenance, and third-party provider issues (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, etc.) can happen. We will not be liable for losses caused by such interruptions.
Initial generation takes 5 business days. Ongoing maintenance for Manage and Edge tiers is handled within 7 business days of customer request, unless emergency (defined as site-down) — in which case we respond as soon as we're able.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be free of errors or that the service will produce specific marketing results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EEAI's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify EEAI, its parent CSS, and our officers and employees against third-party claims arising from (a) content or assets you provided to us, (b) your business operations or representations, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law. We agree to indemnify you against third-party claims that the EEAI platform itself (excluding your content) infringes a US copyright or trademark.
12. Termination
You may cancel anytime as described in Section 4. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us. We will give you reasonable notice when circumstances allow.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island, except that either party may bring an individual claim of less than $10,000 in their local small-claims court.
14. Content factuality framework
We generate website blog posts and social media content on behalf of our customers using AI. To prevent fabricated claims from reaching your audience, we operate a factuality framework with three layers: an approved-sources allowlist where we only reference facts you have confirmed with us; an automated pattern scan that blocks fifteen categories of common AI hallucination including fake employee names, fabricated quotes, invented statistics, false awards, made-up addresses, and fictitious contact details; and a customer review queue where every generated piece must be approved by you before publication. Auto-publish is disabled by default for all customers. We log every generation event with the policy verdict and decision reason for compliance and auditing. If you discover content on your site or social channels that you believe is inaccurate, contact us and we will remove it within one business day. Because each piece requires your approval before going live, you maintain editorial responsibility for the content published under your brand.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify active customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
