Manage and Edge customers have a searchable Q&A help library built into the portal. Type a question, get the answer. An AI chatbot for follow-up conversations is coming soon. Edge customers also have their named account manager's contact info on the portal dashboard.
How the content review queue works.
Generated content lands in your dashboard's Content Review tab. Blog posts auto-publish on Manage and Edge — you can edit any published post anytime. On Edge, social posts are previewed in the portal before you copy/paste (or auto-publish, once Q3 2026 integrations land).
