This Privacy Policy describes how Everyday Edge AI (“EEAI,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit everydayedgeai.com or use our customer portal at app.everydayedgeai.com. EEAI is operated by Complete Staffing Solutions, Inc. (“CSS”), a Rhode Island corporation.
1. What We Collect
Account information
When you reach out or sign up, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business industry, and city/state. You provide this directly through our contact form, intake forms, or checkout.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects card details directly — we never see your full card number. We receive payment confirmations, the last four digits, billing email, and tax-related metadata to keep your subscription active.
Content you upload
To deliver your website and ongoing content, we collect the assets you provide: logos, photos, brand colors, business descriptions, services offered, customer reviews you choose to highlight, and any text or images you submit through the portal.
Generated content
We store the websites, social posts, blog drafts, and other deliverables produced for your account, along with revision history.
Usage analytics
We operate a first-party analytics tracker (tracker.js) that we ship on customer-generated websites. It collects page views, sessions, click events, and form submissions. No third-party tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs. The customer portal logs account-level activity (logins, content approvals, edit requests) so we can support your account.
Retention periods
We keep different categories of data for different lengths of time:
- Analytics events: 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- Customer website code and content: retained for the lifetime of your subscription.
- Brand kit data: retained until you request deletion.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver the website-build, social-content, and management services you purchased.
- Bill you, prevent fraud, and handle refunds or disputes.
- Respond to support requests and account questions.
- Send service emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, content-approval requests).
- Send occasional product updates or marketing email — you can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
- Improve the service: identify which features customers use, where customers get stuck, and what to build next.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
3. Service Providers (Sub-Processors)
We use the following third parties to operate the service. Each handles only the data needed to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy commitments:

If we add a new sub-processor that handles personal data, we will update this list before relying on them.
About Anthropic specifically: we use Anthropic's Claude API for content generation. Your intake responses and brand kit info are sent to Anthropic to generate your website. Anthropic does not retain prompts beyond 30 days per their API terms.
4. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Access — tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct — fix anything inaccurate.
- Delete — remove your account and associated data, subject to records we are legally required to keep (e.g., billing records).
- Export — receive a portable copy of the data you provided.
- Opt out of marketing email — via any unsubscribe link, or by emailing us.
Email privacy@everydayedgeai.com to make any of these requests. We aim to respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This marketing site does not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. We may add a first-party analytics tracker on this site in a future update; if we do, this policy will be updated.
The customer portal uses session cookies for login. We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other sites.
6. Children
Our services are intended for business owners and operators, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, request that we delete it, request that we correct it, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. EU/UK Residents (GDPR)
EEAI is a US-based service that does not target customers in the EU or UK. If you are an EU or UK resident who chose to use our service, the legal basis for processing your data is the contract you entered with us when you signed up, plus our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. International transfers to the United States (where our servers are located) are based on standard contractual clauses where required.
9. How We Protect Your Information
- Encryption in transit: all traffic to everydayedgeai.com and app.everydayedgeai.com uses HTTPS via Vercel.
- Database access: our Supabase database uses Row Level Security so each customer can access only their own records.
- Payment security: Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Card data does not touch our servers.
- Access control: only EEAI staff who need access for their role can view customer data.
- Backups: Supabase performs automated daily backups.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
10. Content factuality framework
We generate website blog posts and social media content on behalf of our customers using AI. To prevent fabricated claims from reaching your audience, we operate a factuality framework with three layers: an approved-sources allowlist where we only reference facts you have confirmed with us; an automated pattern scan that blocks fifteen categories of common AI hallucination including fake employee names, fabricated quotes, invented statistics, false awards, made-up addresses, and fictitious contact details; and a customer review queue where every generated piece must be approved by you before publication. Auto-publish is disabled by default for all customers. We log every generation event with the policy verdict and decision reason for compliance and auditing. If you discover content on your site or social channels that you believe is inaccurate, contact us and we will remove it within one business day. Because each piece requires your approval before going live, you maintain editorial responsibility for the content published under your brand.
11. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for significant changes, notify active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
