Five business days. After you sign up and complete the brand kit (about 15 minutes), our AI generates two distinct site variants for your business. You'll get progress emails on days 1–4, and on day 5 you'll receive an email with both preview URLs. Pick one, approve, and your site goes live with DNS instructions for your domain. The 5-day window is built around AI generation and human review. (Ongoing site edits via Request-a-change are a Manage+ feature.)
What does the AI marketing strategist actually do?
On Manage and Edge, the AI strategist generates one SEO blog post per week, auto-published to your site's /blog section. On Edge, the strategist also generates 12–30 social posts per month sized for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You can edit any published post anytime from your portal.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Manage and Edge are month-to-month — cancel with 30 days notice, no fees. Launch is one-time, so cancellation doesn't apply: your site stays yours.
What does the $497 Launch fee cover?
A fully built website on your domain, two design directions to choose from, DNS setup, and a monthly SEO email that summarizes how your site is performing. Portal access is included for billing and to preview upgrade features. It's the entire site build, paid once. Manage and Edge add ongoing services on top with no additional setup fee.
How much time do I need to spend on this?
Effectively zero. Manage and Edge auto-publish content; you can review and edit anytime in the portal but nothing requires your approval before going live. Launch is hands-off after the build is delivered.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Launch customers can add Manage or Edge anytime — your site keeps running, the new modules just unlock. There's no new setup fee on upgrade. Manage customers can move to Edge mid-cycle, prorated.
What if I don't have a website?
Launch is the build. We'll deliver a custom site in about five business days, with two design directions for you to pick from. Once the build is done, you can stay on Launch indefinitely or add Manage/Edge for ongoing services.
Do you do paid advertising?
We can manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns as an add-on service. Ad spend (the money that goes to Facebook/Google) is separate from our management fee. Ask us about this on your intake call.
How soon will I see results?
Launch sites are live in roughly five business days. Manage customers typically see SEO results in 60–90 days as the weekly blog accumulates. Edge customers add social engagement improvement in 30–60 days on top of the SEO gains.
What industries do you work with?
We work with most local-service businesses — restaurants, HVAC, CPA/accounting, gyms, real estate, law firms, salons & spas, dental, contractors, insurance, chiro & PT, auto repair, retail, and veterinarians. If you don't see yours, ask — we may still be able to help.
What posts to my social accounts and when?
Social posts are Edge-only. On Edge, our AI generates 12–30 social posts per month sized for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Until our direct social API integrations go live (Q3 2026), you copy each post from the portal and paste into your social app. Manage does not include social posts.
How does the weekly blog post work?
Both Manage and Edge auto-generate AND auto-publish your weekly blog post. The post lands on your site's /blog section and is indexed by Google. You can edit any published post anytime from your portal.
Can I edit anything?
Yes. On Manage and Edge, request site changes in natural language from your portal — minor updates land within 48 hours, bigger changes come back as AI-proposed previews you approve. Blog posts auto-publish and are editable anytime in the portal. On Edge, social posts are editable before you copy or auto-publish them.
