Before You Reach Out
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month only. We don't believe in locking clients in — we believe in earning the business every month. Cancel with 30 days notice, no questions, no fees.
What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee covers your kickoff call, full digital audit (website, social, GBP), website plan, first 30-day content calendar, brand kit creation in Canva, and all account connections. It's a one-time investment — never charged again.
How much time do I need to spend on this?
After the kickoff call, approximately 15 minutes per month to review and approve the content calendar. That's it. We handle everything else. You can send photos or promotions anytime via text or email — we incorporate them.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Anytime. Upgrade from Starter to Growth or Growth to Enterprise with no new setup fee. We'll migrate everything seamlessly and increase your deliverables starting the next billing cycle.
What if I don't have a website?
We'll build you one. The Growth and Enterprise tiers include a full website build on your platform of choice. Starter includes a refresh of an existing site — if you have nothing, we recommend starting at Growth.
Do you do paid advertising?
We can manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns as an add-on service. Ad spend (the money that goes to Facebook/Google) is separate from our management fee. Ask us about this on your audit call.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients see meaningful improvement in their Google Business Profile performance and social engagement within 30–60 days. Website SEO results typically appear in 60–90 days. We set realistic expectations on your audit call — not fantasy numbers.
